I was sitting with a very close friend of mine having breakfast, and the conversation turned to our visions for our businesses. He asked me what I was working on. I told him that I was working on filling 3 mastermind groups for my Happy Millionaire Mastermind Community of business owners - who are creating more wealth, success, and happiness in their lives and businesses.

I asked him the same and he shared his.

The content of the conversation turned to why we want to create what we want to create. So we moved to how we each create our visions for our future.

My friend is very wealthy, successful, and happy, and he still uses one single criteria when he dreams; what would be fun and exciting to experience?

My process is different. My thought process is below, and I'll put this in terms of what I'm in the midst of creating right now:

The Process I Used

What is my short term goal?

To fill three Happy Millionaire Mastermind groups.

Does this stretch me to grow, and do I need to become more in order to achieve this?

No. I can keep doing what I'm doing and achieve that goal with enough time.

What is next after I fill the three groups?

I shift focus to filling 10 groups, while I find a leader for the overall business, and train/hire 3 motivated people to coach the groups while I coach the highest level.

Does this stretch me to grow, and do I need to become more in order to achieve this?

Yes. I will need to grow, but I have done all of these in my past - so they are all familiar and attainable.

What is next after I fill 10 groups, while I find a leader for the overall business, and train/hire 3 motivated people to coach the groups while I coach the highest level?

That will constitute the Coaching Division of Kitko Professional Development, and I will turn my attention to creating a Training Division and Business Consulting Division that have different target clients and activities, but are still focused on helping business owners create more wealth, success, and happiness in their lives and businesses.

Does this stretch me to grow, and do I need to become more in order to achieve this?

Yes! I need to show up differently, acquire new skill-sets and approaches as a leader and business owner, and I need to shift my role dramatically in order to achieve the overall vision.

Does it excite you?

Yes! Very much!

Who do you need to become in order to achieve your overall vision?

I need to become more certain and powerful in my ability to share my messages, in my sales skills, and in my ability to create results-oriented leaders.

My Areas of Focus to Create my Vision

  1. Continue to fill the existing groups to three full groups using existing skills and talents.

  2. Get clear on the role, responsibilities, and skill-sets of the leader of the coaching division.

  3. Get clear on the role, responsibilities, and skill-sets of the coaches of the coaching division.

  4. Define the differentiated charter for the coaching, training, and business consulting divisions of Kitko Professional Development.

  5. Increase sales and speaking talents and skills to create more powerful and sustainable results.

How it Works

When you get clear about what you want and it excites and stretches you, you get the opportunity to grow. Life is about growth. If we're not busy growing, we're busy dying. From becoming the person capable of leading the overall vision for Kitko Professional Development, I will essentially become the person capable of drawing forth the resources to create it with me - students and leaders.

To create a vision of your dreams, don't just get clear and focus on the actions required to create what you want. Get clear and focus on becoming the person capable of creating that vision.

It will require work and effort, for sure. But when you become the person capable of creating the vision it will just take aligned effort. Focus on growing yourself.

As the business owner grows, the business grows itself.

Take that to the bank.

What Process Do You Use?

Do you have a process for knowing what you want and what to work on? If not, I'd love to help you create a vision for your life and business. We're here to grow, and if you cast small goals and ambitions, your fire will eventually wither. Cast a vision which helps you grow into the person you want to become.

If you cast the correct vision for you future, you'll grow more powerfully than you can imagine. That's who you really are anyway - right now you're either on the path to becoming that person or you're looking for that path.

Which one are you?
