Prosperity Principle #4 - Mental Clarity

Over the last few weeks, we've been on a journey of walking through my seven prosperity principles, and today we're going to discuss Prosperity Principle #4.

First of all, I want to recap…

Prosperity Principle #1 is about knowing yourself, accepting yourself, embracing yourself, appreciating yourself, respecting yourself, and knowing your purpose your destiny and what you're here to do in this lifetime, and doing it without shame.

Prosperity Principle #2 is about dreaming and allowing yourself to cast a large vision. Big dreams, big life. Small dreams, small life. We're not here to be in survival mode. We're here to thrive.

Prosperity Principle #3 is about physical well-being. It is about understanding that you get one body. The more you honor your body and pour into it through nutrition, exercise and hydration, the more it will perform and accelerate everything you want to create in your lifetime.

Today, Prosperity Principle #4 is all about mental clarity. To create, you must focus and weaponize your mind to aid you in your journey.

It's estimated that the average human being has somewhere between 80,000 and 120,000 thoughts per day – both conscious and unconscious. As entrepreneurs and business owners, I guarantee you that those numbers are probably double.

There's so much going on mentally in what we're processing.

Problems we're trying to solve…

Things we're trying to create…

Decisions we have to make…..

If you don't focus your mind, you will end up with in absolute mental chaos, disorder and distress.

Your mind is a machine. It's constantly processing both consciously life – like what you see and what you observe, and behind the scenes – trying to make sure that you stay alive. Your mind is constantly processing new challenges, obstacles, and opportunities. It’s like the largest computer in the world that processes billions of bits of data per day.

What you focus on grows. If you focus on what you don't want, you will get more of it. If you focus on what you do want, you will get more of it. If you focus on the obstacles, you'll invite more obstacles in your life. If you focus on opportunities, you will create more opportunities.

People stuck in survival mode keep living the same day over and over and over again because they keep expecting the same day over and over and over again.

When we focus and weaponize our minds and get attuned to what we want, that starts showing up.

No matter where you are in your wealth, your success, happiness and outcomes in your life, you can get to where you want to be if you learn how to focus and weaponize your mind to aid you in your journey not to be your greatest enemy.

Remember this: what you focus on GROWS. Your mind can either propel you towards what you want or keep you from it or even move you away. It all depends on what you're looking for and what you're most mentally focusing on.
